Subject: Cease and Desist – Unauthorized Use of Trademarks
Dear Haider,
I am writing on behalf of Xenworld LLC aka FairCrypto Foundation, the rightful owner of the "X1 Network" and "X1 Blockchain" trademarks, as widely recognized in the United States and other countries (Reference: faircrypto.org/legal).
It has come to our attention that OKX has been unlawfully using these trademarks to brand its own products and services. This unauthorized usage is visible on your website (https://www.okx.com/x1), on your Twitter account (http://twitter.com/okx), and across various other social media platforms and public relations materials.
The use of our trademarks without our prior written consent constitutes a violation of our intellectual property rights and is misleading to the public. This infringement creates confusion among consumers and damages the reputation and goodwill associated with our trademarks.
Therefore, we demand that OKX immediately cease and desist from any further use of the "X1 Network" and "X1 Blockchain" trademarks in any capacity. This includes, but is not limited to, removing all references and uses of these trademarks from your website, social media accounts, marketing materials, and any other public communications.
We expect a written response from OKX within 2 days of receipt of this letter, confirming compliance with these demands. If we do not receive a satisfactory response, we will have no choice but to take further legal action to protect our intellectual property rights.
Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
Jack Levin
