This text is written by Alfonso Jimenez. I've been in a wheelchair since 2017. I achieved autonomy and greater accessibility after spending 9 months hospitalized, learning how to live without my legs, dealing with spasticity, neuropathic pain, and loss of bladder and bowel control. Through determination, I obtained my driver's license, learned everything necessary for my new life, and became a two-time Spanish champion in para-badminton, representing my country in multiple international tournaments. My goal is to create a center where people who find themselves in wheelchairs, or those already in one, can become independent and improve their quality of life. That’s all. Thank you from Spain.
